Bruno Mars 70s Funk Mashup At Staples Center

(Concert Performance)

Bruno Mars seems to really be a fan of rapper Trinidad James' "All Gold Everything," as he's been seen rapping some of the lyrics during his behind the scenes footage for the   GQ cover shoot. Russel Simmons'   Global Grind   even did a post back in April, alluding to the resemblance of Bruno's   Rolling Stone cover to Trinidad James' fashion in his "All Gold Everything" music video.

It was solidified even more when he performed to the sold-out crowd at the Staples Center on July 28th, one of the stops on his Moonshine Jungle World Tour. Towards the end of the show, he performed an amazing mashup of funk songs from the 70s to his own "Money Make Her Smile." It was an incredible fusion of soul, funk, hip hop, and pop. "Don't believe me just watch!"
