Associated Press Writer Pens Another Bruno Mars Feature

Associated Press writer Mesfin Fekadu recently wrote a   piece on Bruno Mars  as he heads for   The Grammys   and the   Super Bowl.

Mesfin is no stranger to Bruno. Though the video has since been taken down, Mesfin did the   AP livestream interview with Bruno  back in 2010. It's a shame the video has been taken down because we learned a lot about Bruno from that interview, before he made it big.

Mesfin also   wrote an article  during the not so good point during Bruno's rise to super stardom that put a bit of a postivie twist on things.

He did a   Q&A with Bruno  back in December 2012, and a   feature on Bruno after his SNL performance.

He's written several other articles which can be found floating around the internet as well. So if you're up for a bit of backstory on Bruno, be sure to check out those links provided.

Bruno Mars Makes Forbes 30 Under 30 List

Those who were aboard the Bruno train before he blew up may remember his previous interview with Forbes. If not, flashback for a moment to May of 2011 when things were just taking off.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Joining Bruno Mars For Super Bowl Half Time

According to several prominent sources, looks like the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be joining Bruno Mars on stage for the   Super Bowl Halftime.

The  Los Angeles Times  reported the news first, with   Rolling Stone,     Billboard,   and   MTV   following suit.

Bruno's good friend Janelle Monae is headlining a VH1 Super Bowl Blitz concert in the area on the 28th. Could she also be joining Bruno on stage? Not sure but no matter who joins him for half time, it's sure to be a rockin' show!

Bruno Mars Rumored To Perform At 2014 Super Bowl

UPDATE 9/8/13: The announcement has been  officially confirmed.

BIG News! HUGE News! Bruno Mars is rumored to be the half time performer at the 2014 Super Bowl in February. This according to the   Associated Press.

The news/rumor is all over the internet, and Bruno Mars trended world wide on twitter earlier this morning when reports spread. The   LA Times  reported the rumor yesterday, and   Billboard also covered the story today, along with a slew of other media outlets.

If the rumors/reports turn out to be true, this will no doubt be a continuation of his high after   winning his first MTV Video Music Awards. As this will be another first. This would be his first time performing at the Super Bowl.

These are very strong rumors so here's to hoping these rumors turn out to be true!

UPDATE 9/7/13: It's been confirmed from Bruno's camp. Now just awaiting official announcement from the NFL.

Bruno Mars Featured In Entertainment Weekly

Quote form an Entertainment Weekly article:
The young women who are lining the aisles of Austin’s Waterloo Records all seem to have one question on their minds. “Is he still coming?” someone murmurs. “Are you sure?” The crowd of around 150 fans explodes in cheers when Bruno Mars arrives promptly at 5 p.m. for an in-store performance and launches into “Nothin’ on You,” his chart-topping duet with Atlanta rapper B.o.B. The baby-faced Hawaiian singer-songwriter-producer, 24, is all smiles in a white T-shirt, a varsity jacket, and his signature fedora. Posing for pictures with smitten admirers after the performance, he pauses only briefly when asked how he is feeling. “Look,” he says. “I’m happy now.”
